Returns & Exchanges

365 days return policy - even with items on sale

At we follow all laws and consumer rules about e-commerce and often much more.

By Danish law customers have 14 days returns and 14 days to send the goods back. At Carbon Fiber Lifestyle customers always have 365 days return policy and 2-years guarantee valid from the ordering date.

In case you regret your purchase, you have to make sure the goods are unused and in the original packaging, when returning them. If this is not acquired we will not be able to refund the goods. We will send a return and exchange statement  alongside your items, so you can easily regret or exchange your order. 
If everything is as required, we will refund your money to the credit card that you paid with.

We will not start the refunding process before your returning product has arrived at our location. We will contact you if any additional information is needed.

Refunds and exchanges are normally processed within 24 hours of arriving at our location. Refunded credit can vary between 2-10 days to be visible on your account statement. The time depends on which bank or credit card you have.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, the first thing to do is to check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $125, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
